Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Daily Disciple, provided by Project Panoply LLC.

Who can use the app

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Daily Disciple is rated 13+ on the App Store to match. If you are under 13, please do not create an account. A parent or guardian is welcome to set one up and use the app alongside you.

Using the app

You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Use of the service

Daily Disciple is provided for personal Scripture study, memorization, and discipleship.

Please do not use the app to:

• break the law;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or to another person's account;
• interfere with or disrupt the app or its security;
• introduce malicious code or other harmful technology;
• use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the app;
• impersonate another person; or
• copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its systems, except where the law permits it.

We may restrict or end access where that is necessary to protect the app or the people using it.

Your content and data

You keep any rights you have in the content you submit or create in Daily Disciple. The passages you choose, the collections you build, and your practice history belong to you, and we do not claim ownership of them.

You give Project Panoply LLC permission to store and process that content only as far as is needed to provide and maintain the app.

Your Scripture selections, collections, and practice data are treated as private account data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

Scripture text in the app is the King James Version, which is in the public domain. Everything else, including the artwork, design, and the app itself, belongs to Project Panoply LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Service availability

We work to keep Daily Disciple available and reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Features may change as the app develops. We may also need to limit or suspend parts of the app temporarily for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms.

Warranties and liability

Daily Disciple is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Project Panoply LLC makes no warranties that the app will always be available, free of errors, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Project Panoply LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that result from your use of the app.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

If part of these terms is invalid

If a court finds that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms continue to apply.

Our entire agreement

These terms and our Privacy Policy make up the agreement between you and Project Panoply LLC about your use of Daily Disciple.

If we do not enforce a provision of these terms in one situation, that does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Any legal dispute relating to these terms or to the app will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
